Trust Monitoring
Continuous trust scores that track agent behavioral reliability over time. Unlike compliance scores (which measure regulatory alignment), trust scores measure operational consistency.
What trust scores measure
Trust scores answer the question: does this agent behave predictably? Does it trigger the same policies repeatedly? Are escalation patterns stable or erratic? A high trust score means the agent operates within expected parameters. A dropping trust score signals behavioral drift that warrants investigation.
Trust signals
Four signals feed into the trust score calculation:
Policy adherence rate
Percentage of actions allowed vs. denied or escalated. Agents that consistently pass policy checks earn higher trust.
Escalation frequency
How often the agent triggers escalation. A stable, low escalation rate is healthy. Sudden spikes indicate potential issues.
Behavioral consistency
Does the agent do similar things in similar contexts? Agents with predictable action patterns score higher than those with erratic behavior.
Anomaly detection
Sudden changes in action patterns — new action types, unusual resources, or unexpected context values — trigger anomaly flags and lower trust.
Trust dashboard
The trust dashboard provides operational visibility across all your agents:
- Per-agent trust score — 0 to 100, updated in real time after each evaluation
- Trust trend — historical score trajectory with 7, 30, and 90 day views
- Anomaly alerts — notifications when an agent's trust score drops below configurable thresholds
- Escalation pattern visualization — breakdown of escalation reasons and frequency over time
