Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

The service

Zabta, built by Zainova Labs LLC, evaluates your AI agents' actions against governance policies and records the decisions. Parts of the product (including the Zabta Broker) are pre-release software and may change without notice.

What Zabta is not

Zabta operationalizes governance; it is not legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Whether your use of AI agents complies with any law depends on your specific circumstances — consult your own counsel. Policy evaluation requires connectivity to Zabta's cloud service. The SDK's behavior on connection failure is documented per method and errs toward denial. The Broker daemon enforces the most recently synced policies when offline and denies requests from unregistered agents.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the agents you operate, the actions they take, and the data you send to the service. Use your own API keys and accounts; do not use Zabta to govern agents you are not authorized to operate.

Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zainova Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Questions: hello@zabta.ai.
