When you create a Zabta account we collect your email address and name. When you register agents, we store the agent metadata you provide (names, types, configuration) and the policy evaluation records your agents generate — decisions, reasons, policy citations, and timestamps. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
If you use the Zabta Broker, your credential values are stored in an encrypted vault on your own machine and are never transmitted to Zabta. Audit summaries synced to the cloud are redacted: agent identifiers are fingerprinted and secret material never leaves your machine.
We use your data to operate the service: evaluating policies, rendering your dashboards, sending approval notifications, and billing. We do not sell your data.
You can delete agents and their records from the dashboard. To delete your account and its data entirely, email us at the address below.
